西格列汀片联合二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并动脉粥样硬化(AS)采用西格列汀片联合二甲双胍片治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年9月—2019年10月收治的159例T2DM合并AS患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者仅采用西格列汀片治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍片联合西格列汀片治疗,对比两组治疗前后血糖、血脂指标变化情况、cIMT(颈动脉内膜-中层厚度)。结果对比对照组,观察组治疗后2 h PG、FPG更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比对照组,观察组治疗后HDL-C更高,LDL-C、TG、TC更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比对照组,观察组治疗后cIMT值更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T2DM合并AS采用西格列汀片联合二甲双胍片治疗利于改善血糖、血脂,同时具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)combined with atherosclerosis(AS)treated with sitagliptin tablets and metformin tablets.Methods A total of 159 patients with T2DM combined with AS admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was only treated with sitagliptin tablets,and the observation group was treated with metformin tablets combined with Sitagliptin Tablets treatment compared the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes and cIMT(carotid intima-media thickness)between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower PG and FPG 2h after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had higher HDL-C and lower LDL-C,TG and TC after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the cIMT value of the observation group was smaller after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion T2DM combined with AS using sitagliptin tablets combined with metformin tablets is beneficial to improve blood glucose and blood lipids,and has anti-atherosclerotic effects.
