唑来膦酸注射液在糖尿病骨质疏松患者中的实施意义

摘　　要：目的以糖尿病骨质疏松者为例,探究唑来膦酸注射液的应用效果。方法2018年4—7月间选取该院接收的糖尿病骨质疏松者86例为对象,以整群随机化方式分设组别。对照组患者选择采取碳酸钙D3治疗,在对照组的基础上,研究组患者选择采取唑来膦酸治疗。观察两者的治疗疗效,骨密度值,疼痛评分。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为65.12%,低于研究组的93.02%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗后骨密度值均低于研究组;对照组患者治疗后疼痛评分高于研究组,组间对比,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松者予以唑来膦酸注射液治疗,能取得较好疗效,改善患者病情,提高骨密度值,减轻疼痛感。Objective To take diabetic osteoporosis as an example to explore the application effect of zoledronic acid injection.Methods 86 cases of diabetic osteoporosis received from April to July 2018 by the hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group chose to take calcium carbonate D3 treatment.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the study group chose to take zoledronic acid.Observe the therapeutic effect of both,bone mineral density value,pain score.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 65.12%,which was lower than 93.02%in the study group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone mineral density values of the control group after treatment were lower than those in the study group;The posterior pain score was higher than that of the study group,and there was a statistically significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of osteoporosis with zoledronic acid injection can achieve good results,improve the patient's condition,increase bone mineral density,and reduce pain.
