医护患团队护理在2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者中的实施意义

摘　　要：目的探讨医护患团队护理在2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者中的实施意义。方法按照随机数字法选取2018年9月—2019年7月该院收治的64例2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者作为该文研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组运用常规护理干预,在此基础上,观察组运用医护患团队护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁评分餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平,护理满意度。结果护理前,对比两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,对照组高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,对比两组患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,对照组高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者护理满意度与观察组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护患团队护理在2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者中的应用效果显著。Objective To explore the significance of the implementation of the team care of patients in the type 2 diabetes with depression.Methods According to the random number method,64 patients with type 2 diabetes and depression admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research object of this article,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group,32 cases in each group,the control group used routine nursing interventions,on the basis of this,the observation group used the nursing intervention of the medical and nursing team to compare the anxiety and depression scores of 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels,and nursing satisfaction before and after care between the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,comparing the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05),after nursing,the control group was higher than the observation group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);before nursing,comparing the two groups of the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels in the group,the difference not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing,the control group was higher than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of team care by medical nurses and patients in patients with type 2 diabetes and depression is significant.
