摘　　要：目的分析护理措施在合并糖尿病的妇科疾患者者围手术期的运用价值。方法选择2018年8月—2019年8月来该院接受妇科手术治疗疾病同时合并2型糖尿病的患者50例为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组25例。对照组受试者接受常规化护理干预,以此为基础,观察组接受针对性围术期护理,分析结果。结果相较于对照组,观察组受试者住院时间更短、术后血糖指标更低(t=7.584、6.965,P<0.05)。且观察组受试者的护理满意度更高,相较于对照组观察组受试者并发症发生率更低(χ^2=11.258、13.264,P<0.05)。结论针对于接受妇科手术的2型糖尿患者者来讲,在围术期内为其实施具有针对性的临床护理工作。有助于减少患者术后感染发生概率,缩短住院时间,稳定血糖。促进患者疾病转归。Objective To analyze the application value of nursing measures in perioperative period of patients with gynecological diseases complicated with diabetes.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,50 patients who came to thehospital for gynecological surgery to treat diseases with type II diabetes were selected as the research object,and they were divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each group.The subjects in the control group received routine nursing intervention,on this basis,the observation group received targeted perioperative nursing and analyzed the results.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter hospital stays and lower postoperative blood glucose indexes(t=7.584,6.965,P<0.05).and the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower incidence of complications(χ^2=11.258,13.264,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing gynecological surgery,targeted clinical nursing work should be carried out during the perioperative period,which helps reduce the probability of postoperative infection,shortens the length of hospital stay,and stabilizes blood glucose,promotes the patient's disease outcome.
