摘 要:江苏油田花庄地区三垛组地层易造浆,戴南组及阜宁组泥岩易垮塌,针对该区块地层特征及花X39井井斜大、位移长的特点,特选用聚醚醇钻井液体系,并对其综合性能进行了室内评价。现场应用表明,该体系钻井液润滑、抑制性能强,岩屑包被良好,试验期间钻进、滑动、起下钻顺畅,有利于减少井下复杂的发生。The formation of Sanduo Formation in Huazhuang area of Jiangsu Oilfield is easy to make mud,and the mudstones of Dainan Formation and Funing Formation are easy to collapse.According to the formation characteristics of this block and the characteristics of well Hua X39 with large deviation and long displacement,we selected polyether alcohol drilling fluid system and made an indoor evaluation of its comprehensive performance.Field application shows that the drilling fluid of this system has strong lubrication and suppression performance,and the cuttings are well coated.During the test,the drilling,sliding,and tripping are smooth,which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of complex underground.
