摘　　要：在油田作业中,防喷盘根盒有效减少了盘根盒刺漏、避免了井喷的风险,但防喷盘根盒存在油井注汽时,蒸汽在防喷工作筒和柱塞之间截流面积发生变化,易发生结垢,挂抽时经常发生杆卡盘根盒处,解决方法一般为对油井进行小修作业,更换盘根盒及其附件,这样降低油井生产时效,增加材料成本、修井费用。基于以上情况,通过分析、设计、实际现场应用,得到防喷器解卡工具的研制和应用效果。In oilfield operation,the packing box effectively reduces the leakage of packing box and avoids the risk of blowout.However,when the packing box is used for steam injection,the closure area of steam between the blowout preventer and the plunger changes,which is prone to scaling,and the rod packing box often occurs when hanging and pumping.The solution is generally to carry out minor repair of the oil well,replace the packing box and its accessories,and reduce the risk of blowout Low production time rate,increase material cost and workover cost.Based on the operation area of Fengcheng oilfield,the main purpose of this paper is to get the development and application effect of the blowout preventer releasing tool by putting forward design problems,analyzing design ideas and practical field application.
