头孢尼西钠在儿科住院患儿的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的对头孢尼西钠在儿科临床应用情况进行综合评价,为规范和指导儿童临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析某院儿科2016年1月至2017年12月入院并使用头孢尼西钠的住院患儿,记录并分析患儿的基本情况、用药信息和不良反应发生情况。结果共收集病例1 438份,87.69%的患儿处于婴幼儿期和学龄前。所有使用头孢尼西钠的患儿中,给药途径选择、溶媒种类选择使用情况较好,均为100%合理。86.09%符合用药目的;32.68%的患儿用药时间过长(>7 d);以体质量换算,大多数患儿用药剂量过大。结论该院儿科头孢尼西钠临床使用总体较为规范,使用相对安全。对于临床不合理用药问题,建议开展有效性和安全性评价,保障儿童用药安全。Objective To assess clinical use of Cefonicid sodium in pediatric inpatients,in order to provide the basis for a normative and optimized medication.Methods Clinical data of Cefonicid sodium in pediatric inpatients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were recorded and analyzed,which included fundamental state,medical information and adverse reactions occurred.Results A total of 1438 inpatients were collected in the study.In practice,the main patients(accounted for 46.48%)are pre-school age.It was reasonable for routes of administration and choices of vehicle.Of all drug use,86.69%satisfied medication purpose,32.68%showed too long medication.In terms of body mass conversion,most of the children took too much medicine.Conclusion Clinical use is generally standardized of Cefonicid sodium in pediatrics department and relative safety.For the irrational use of drugs,evaluation of effectiveness and safety should be strengthened,it is necessary to ensure medication safety in children.
