摘　　要：基于区域创新联系的相关理论,借助改进的辐射模型和社会网络分析方法,对淮河生态经济带城市创新网络的结构、复杂网络特征及网络资本与创新能力的关系进行分析。研究表明:1.城市创新网络具有显著的空间异质性,中高等强度的城市创新联系主要分布在区域的东北部;2.城市创新网络的整体密度偏低,节点城市的等级规模特征显著,网络连接较为松散;3.城市创新网络中首位联系多为城市对之间的相互联系,城市的向心性较弱,整体呈现以六安与宿迁为核心的“双核”系统;4.城市创新网络具有小世界特征,网络的流通性与效率较高,宿迁与连云港处于网络中的结构洞位置;5.网络资本与城市创新能力在0.01的水平上显著相关,但网络资本中的网络中心性指标与城市创新水平表现出不相关,说明城市创新网络仍处于初级发展阶段,网络中心性对城市创新水平影响较弱。Based on the theory of regional innovation connection,with the help of improved radiation model and social network analysis method,this study analyzes the structure,complex network characteristics and the relationship between network capital and innovation capability of urban innovation network in Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt.The results show in the following aspects:1.The urban innovation network has significant spatial heterogeneity,and the medium and high intensity urban innovation links are mainly distributed in the northeast of the region;2.The overall density of the urban innovation network is low,the rank scale characteristics of node cities are significant,and the network connection is relatively loose;3.In the urban innovation network,the first link is mostly the mutual link between city pairs,and the city has a weak centrality,which presents a“dual-core”system with lu’an and Suqian as the core;4.The urban innovation network has the characteristics of a small world,the network has high liquidity and efficiency,Suqian and Lianyungang are located in the structural holes of the network;5.Network capital is significantly correlated with urban innovation ability at the level of 0.01,but the network centrality index in network capital is not correlated with urban innovation level,indicating that urban innovation network is still in the primary stage of development,and network centrality has weak impact on urban innovation level.
