关节置换术治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者采用关节置换术的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2017年8月~2018年8月收治的老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者29例,所有患者均采用关节置换术治疗,观察治疗前后变化情况。结果:患者术后活动度(13.8±2.2)分、疼痛(17.7±3.5)分、肌力(11.8±2.6)分、畸形(9.7±1.8)分、功能(17.5±2.7)分、HSS评分(84.2±9.7)分、ADL评分(89.2±5.1)分、患侧MVC(215.2±18.1)分均优于术前(6.6±1.7)分、(8.2±2.2)分、(4.6±1.7)分、(2.2±0.7)分、(9.7±1.4)分、(42.4±6.4)分、(180.3±15.6)分、(41.4±3.7)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);但患者术前、术后VA评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:关节置换术治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎效果良好,可有效改善临床症状,提升关节功能。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of joint replacement in elderly patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 29 elderly patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.All patients were treated with joint replacement surgery and the changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:Postoperative mobility(13.8±2.2),pain(17.7±3.5),muscle strength(11.8±2.6),deformity(9.7±1.8),function(17.5±2.7),HSS score(84.2±9.7)points,ADL score(89.2±5.1)points,and affected side MVC(215.2±18.1)points are better than preoperative(6.6±1.7)points,(8.2±2.2)points,(4.6±1.7)points,(2.2±0.7)points,(9.7±1.4)points,(42.4±6.4)points,(180.3±15.6)points,(41.4±3.7)points,the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05);but the comparison of VA scores before and after operation was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Joint replacement surgery is effective in treating degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the elderly.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and enhance joint function.It is worthy of promotion.
