子宫输卵管碘油造影术对宫腔性病变致不孕症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探究分析子宫输卵管碘油造影术对宫腔性病变致不孕症的诊断价值。方法:选取本院2017年3月~2019年5月收纳的宫腔性病变致不孕症患者100例作为研究对象(共计200条),所有患者以输卵管导管通液术作为诊断标准,实施子宫输卵管碘油造影术后观察该技术的特异度、灵敏度以及准确性并分析相关诊断结果。结果:对患者实施了子宫输卵管碘油造影术后结合参考诊断标准得出特异度为21.15%,灵敏度为91.23%,准确度为82.0%;输卵管通畅程度方面,不同96条(包括间质部梗阻26条、积水10条,峡部梗阻10条,伞端闭塞33条,狭长2条,壶腹部梗阻6条,其余9条),24条通而不畅,80条通畅。结论:对于宫腔性病变致使的不孕症患者在应用子宫输卵管碘油术后对于输卵管梗阻部位的诊断良好,临床上值得应用。Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of uterine oviduct iodine-oil contrast in infertility caused by uterine venereal lesions.Methods:From March 2017 to May 2019 uterine cavity lesions cause infertility patients received 100 cases as the research object(a total of 200),all of the patients with tubal duct through liquid as a diagnostic standard,the implementation of the uterus oviduct iodine oil angiography after observing specific degrees,the sensitivity and accuracy of the technology and analyzes relevant diagnostic results.Results:The specificity was 21.15%,the sensitivity was 91.23%,and the accuracy was 82.0%.In terms of the degree of tubal patency,there were 96 different ones(including 26 interstitial obstruction,10 hydronephrosis,10 isthmus obstruction,33 parasol occlusion,2 narrow and long ones,6 ampullar obstruction,and the rest 9),24 smooth but not smooth,and 80 smooth.Conclusion:The diagnosis of oviduct obstruction after uterine oviduct iodized oil is good and worthy of clinical application in patients with infertility caused by uterine venereal lesions.
