摘　　要：目的:探究在医学影像诊断中医学影像技术的应用效果。方法:选取到医院行疾病检查的106例患者为对象,以整群随机化方式组别分设,即抽取患者常规诊断数据的对照组和包含影像学诊断数据的研究组,各53例。观察对照组、研究组患者经不同诊断检查后的诊断准确率,敏感度和特异度。结果:经病理检查发现,行疾病检查的对照组、研究组患者均伴有不同类型疾病,可确诊,诊断准确率为100%。对照组患者诊断准确率为75.47%,低于研究组的96.23%(P<0.05)。行常规诊断检查时,患者特异度、灵敏度分别为75.86%、75.00%,低于医学影像技术的96.88%、95.24%(P<0.05)。结论:在病症诊断中,医学影像技术的实施能有效观察诊断患者病情状况,便于对病情的更全面地分析,对准确诊断、治疗患者病情具有重要作用。Objective:To explore the application effect of image technology in medical image diagnosis.Methods:106 patients were selected for the hospital’s disease examination,and divided into two groups in a randomized way:the control group which extracted the patients’routine diagnosis data and the research group which included the imaging diagnosis data,53 cases each.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the patients in the control group and the study group after different diagnostic tests were observed.Results:According to the pathological examination,the patients in the control group and the study group were all accompanied with different types of diseases,which could be diagnosed accurately,with a diagnosis accuracy of 100%.The accuracy of diagnosis in the control group was 75.47%,lower than that in the study group(96.23%)(P<0.05).The specificity and sensitivity of routine diagnosis were 75.86% and 75.00% respectively,lower than 96.88% and 95.24% of medical imaging technology(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of disease,the implementation of medical imaging technology can effectively observe and diagnose the condition of patients,facilitate a more comprehensive analysis of the condition,and play an important role in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients’condition.
