摘　　要：目的:探究人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择2018年8月~2019年8月本院收治的50例髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,对所有患者实施人工全髋关节置换术,观察手术情况,对手术各项指标进行分析,比较术前术后的血红蛋白量和Harris评分情况。结果:患者手术进程时间平均为(72.4±13.6)min,出血量平均为(255±91.3)mL,手术切口平均长度为(7.2±0.8)cm;术后血红蛋白量下降,Harris评分明显升高,差异均具有差异,P<0.05。结论:在髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎患者的临床治疗中,实施人工全髋关节置换术具有操作安全、简单的优点,可以缓解患者疼痛,对患者髋关节功能的恢复具有很好的作用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of acetabular dysplasia secondary to osteoarthritis.Methods:Select 50 patients with osteoarthritis secondary to acetabular dysplasia who were admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as the research objects.All patients underwent total hip arthroplasty.The operation was observed.The indexes of the operation were analyzed.The amount of hemoglobin before and after surgery was compared.Harris rating.Results:The average time of operation was(72.4±13.6)minutes,the average amount of bleeding was(255±91.3)mL,and the average length of surgical incision was(7.2±0.8)cm.The amount of hemoglobin decreased and the Harris score increased significantly.All had differences,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with acetabular dysplasia secondary to osteoarthritis,the implementation of total hip arthroplasty has the advantages of safe and simple operation,can relieve the pain of patients,and has a good effect on the recovery of hip function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
