摘  要:目的:研究微量注射泵持续气道内推注湿化液在气管切开患者气道湿化中的效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月~2019年6月收治的气管切开患者60例作为研究对象,按照患者住院先后顺序分为注射泵组及传统湿化组各30例。注射泵组采用微量注射泵持续推注湿化液湿化气道,传统湿化组给予传统的气管内定时及间断滴注湿化方法。比较分析两种气道湿化方法的临床效果。结果:注射泵组患者出现湿化不足或过度、刺激性咳嗽、痰痂形成、气道黏膜损伤或出血、肺部感染等症状的例数明显少于传统湿化组患者(P<0.05)。结论:微量注射泵持续气道内推注湿化液在气管切开患者气道湿化中的效果显著,对气道湿润具有显著的安全及有效性。Objective:To study the effect of continuous intratracheal injection of humidification solution by microinjection pump in patients with tracheotomy.Methods:60 patients with tracheotomy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of hospitalization,the patients were divided into injection pump group and traditional humidification group.In the injection pump group,a micro injection pump was used to continuously inject the humidified liquid into the airway,while in the traditional humidification group,the traditional method of humidification was given by regular and intermittent intratracheal drip.The clinical effects of two methods of airway humidification were compared.Results:The number of patients with insufficient or excessive humidification,irritant cough,sputum scab formation,airway mucosa damage or bleeding,lung infection and other symptoms in the injection pump group was significantly lower than that in the traditional humidification group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous intratracheal infusion of humidification solution by microinjection pump in patients with tracheotomy is significant,and it is safe and effective for airway humidification.
