摘  要:孔隙率是丙烯酸类树脂骨水泥产品研发、使用过程中重要的参数之一。从方便广大研究人员确定测试方法的角度出发,重点介绍测定孔隙率的4种常用方法,即超声法、浮力法、显微镜法及射线法。从测试原理、样品制备、方法优劣等方面进行详细阐述。浮力法简单易行,但所得到的数据较少;显微镜法则制样稍麻烦;超声法、射线法可获得直观图像但设备价格较高。各企业应结合自身实际选取合适的检测方法,以加快新产品开发步伐,提高产品性能。The porosity of bone cement is one of the important parameters in the development and use of bone cement products.The four common methods are introduced significantly for the general researchers to determine the test methods conveniently.These methods are ultrasonic method,buoyancy method,microscopy and ray methods.They are described in detials of test principle,sample preparation,method advantages and disadvantages,etc.Buoyancy method is simple and easily practice but can obtain less data.Sample preparation is a bit troublesome for microscopy method.Ultrasonic method and ray methods can get an intuitive image,but the price of equipment is higher.Therefore,each business should select appropriate testing methods based on its own reality,accelerate the pace of new product development and improve product performance.
