摘 要:目的:探析脑超声造影中不同的超声强度对血脑屏障通透性变动的影响。方法:2018年1月~2019年1月,选取30只清洁级SD大鼠,经尾部静脉注射1mL脂氟显超声造影剂,联合各等级机械指数超声予以辐照,记录超声照射后血脑屏障通透性的变动情况。结果:造影检查后一定时间后,血脑屏障通透性受到超声造影时间的推移而连带发生变动,血脑屏障通透性持续性恢复且扩张。结论:指数高的机械体表超声可有效增加血脑屏障的通透性,而初步确定,该参数超声具有较高的安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of different ultrasound intensity on the permeability change of blood brain barrier(BBB)in cerebral contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,30 clean grade SD rats were selected and injected with 1mL lipid fluorinated ultrasound contrast agent intravenously in the tail.The rats were irradiated with various grades of mechanical index ultrasound,and the changes of blood-brain barrier permeability after ultrasonic irradiation were recorded.Results:After a certain period of time after the contrast examination,the permeability of the blood-brain barrier was changed by the time of contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and the permeability of the blood-brain barrier continued to recover and expand.Conclusion:Mechanical surface ultrasound with high index can effectively increase the permeability of BBB,and preliminary confirmation shows that this parameter ultrasound has a higher safety.
