摘　　要：目的:对胃管置入长度进行研究,并分析其对肠梗阻胃肠减压的影响。方法:选取2017年10月~2019年9月在本院治疗的72例肠梗阻患者,所有患者均留置胃管进行胃肠减压治疗,将其分为两组。对照组36例,胃管置入长度为45~55cm;观察组36例,胃管置入长度为50~60cm。结果:观察组患者的胃管留置时间明显短于对照组,且引流量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的无腹胀比例明显高于对照组,且轻度、中度腹胀比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肠梗阻患者胃肠减压治疗中将胃管置入长度适当延长5~10cm可提高胃肠减压效果,减轻腹胀程度。Objective:To study the length of gastric tube placement and analyze its effect on decompression of intestinal obstruction.Methods:A total of 72 patients with ileus treated in our hospital from October 2017 to may 2019 were selected.All patients were treated with gastric tube indweling for gastrointestinal decompression,and were divided into two groups.The length of gastric tube was 45~55cm in 36 patients in the control group.The length of gastric tube was 50~60cm in the observation group of 36 patients.Results:The indwelling time of gastric tube in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the drainage volume was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of no abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of mild and moderate abdominal distension was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gastrointestinal decompression in patients with intestinal obstruction,appropriately extending the length of gastric tube to 5~10cm can improve the gastrointestinal decompression effect,reduce the degree of abdominal distension.
