摘 要:目的:系统探究电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪在消毒供应中的应用。方法:选取2019年3月~2019年8月的腔镜器械300例,分别使用目测法以及电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪对其绝缘破损点的数量,绝缘破损率,所需检测人员的数量以及检测每件器械所用的平均时间进行统计。结果:同时使用目测法以及电外科手术绝缘检测仪对300例腔镜器械的缘破损点的数量以及绝缘破损率进行统计,目测法共检出绝缘破损点数量10例,电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪检出绝缘破损点数量共42例,显著高于目测法(P<0.05)。目测法和电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪检出的绝缘破损率分别为3.33%(10/300)和14.00%(42/300),两者之间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。另一方面,目测法的检测人员数量为8位,电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪检测人员数量仅为1位,显著低于目测法(P<0.05)。目测法和电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪检出的检测平均耗时分别为60s和15s,电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪检测的时间成本投入显著低于目测法。结论:电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪能有效降低腔镜手术器械漏电原因造成的脏器副损伤的发生,是手术以及器械安全管理与维护的重要检测器具,建立定期使用电外科手术器械绝缘检测仪对医疗器械进行绝缘性能检测的制度对保障手术安全具有重要意义。Objective:To systematically explore the application of electrical surgical instrument insulation detector in disinfection supply.Methods:From March 2019 to August 2019,300 cases of endoscopic instruments were selected.The number of insulation damage points,insulation damage rate,the number of testing personnel and the average time used to detect each instrument were counted by visual method and electrical surgical instrument insulation detector,respectively.Results:At the same time,the number of the edge damage points and the insulation failure rate of the 300 cases of the cavity mirror device were statistically analyzed by using the visual inspection method and the electrosurgery insulation detector.The number of insulation breakage points was detected by the visual inspection method,and 42 cases of the insulation breakage point were detected by the electric surgical instrument insulation detector.It was significantly higher than that of visual inspection(P<0.05).The insulation damage rate was 3.33%(10/300)and 14.00%(42/300),respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).On the other hand,the number of detection personnel of the visual inspection method is The number of people detected by electrical surgical instrument insulation detector was only 1,which was significantly lower than that by visual method(P<0.05).The average time of detection by visual method and electric surgical instrument insulation detector is 60s and 15s,respectively.the time cost input of electric surgical instrument insulation detector is significantly lower than that of visual method.Conclusion:Electrical surgical instrument insulation detector can effectively reduce the occurrence of organ side injury caused by leakage of endoscopic surgical instruments.It is an important testing instrument for operation and instrument safety management and maintenance.It is of great significance to establish a system for regularly using electrical surgical instrument insulation detector to detect the insulation perfo
