老年脑卒中患者心理一致感现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年脑卒中患者心理一致感现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,对231例老年脑卒中患者采用一般资料调查表和心理一致感量表(SOC-13)进行调查。结果:本组患者SOC-13总分为(59.79±17.53)分,处于低等水平;多因素分析显示,婚姻状况、月收入、性格特点、并发症数量、日常生活能力是老年脑卒中患者心理一致感的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:老年脑卒中患者心理一致感水平偏低,尚有待提高,因此,护理人员应根据患者的婚姻状况、月收入、性格特点、并发症数量、日常生活能力等因素制定相应措施,以促进其身心健康。Objective:To investigate the status of psychological consistency in elderly stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to investigate 231 elderly stroke patients using general data questionnaire and Psychological Sense of Congruence scale(SOC-13).Results:The total SOC-13 score of patients in this group was(59.79±17.53),which was at a low level.Multivariate analysis showed that marital status,monthly income,personality characteristics,number of complications,and daily life ability were the influencing factors of psychological consistency in elderly stroke patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of psychological consistency in elderly stroke patients is low and needs to be improved.Therefore,nursing staff should make corresponding measures according to the marital status,monthly income,personality characteristics,number of complications,daily life ability and other factors of the patients to promote their physical and mental health.
