摘 要:目的:探讨护士主导的个体化营养教育对胃癌术后康复早期患者营养状况的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的胃癌手术患者随机分为干预组42例和对照组41例;对照组接受常规术后饮食指导,干预组在对照组基础上接受以护士为主导的个体化营养教育;比较两组出院时及术后1个月时体重、饮食恢复和营养状况。结果:与对照组比较,干预组出院时及术后1个月时的每日进食量、口服营养补充量、饮食恢复率、体重下降幅度、营养状况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以护士为主导的个体化营养教育,有助于改善胃癌术后康复早期患者的营养状况,促进患者饮食恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of nurse-led individualized nutrition education on nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer in early postoperative recovery.Methods:Gastric cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervention group(42 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group received routine postoperative dietary guidance,while the intervention group received nurse-led individualized nutrition education on the basis of the control group.Weight,dietary recovery and nutritional status were compared between the two groups at discharge and 1 month after surgery.Results:Compared with the control group,the daily intake,oral nutritional supplement,dietary recovery rate,weight loss and nutritional status of the intervention group were all better than those of the control group at discharge and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse-led individualized nutrition education is helpful to improve the nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer in the early stage of postoperative rehabilitation and promote their diet recovery.
