个性化护理干预在间质性膀胱炎患者治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理干预在间质性膀胱炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:将78例间质性膀胱炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组在常规护理基础上实施个性化护理干预;比较两组负性情绪评分[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)],疼痛评分[采用数字评价量表(NRS)],睡眠质量评分[采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)],生活质量评分[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:护理后两组患者SAS、SDS、PSQI、NRS评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且护理后观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者SF-36评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且护理后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻疼痛,提高患者生活质量,提升间质性膀胱炎患者的临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with interstitial cystitis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with interstitial cystitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases each.The control group used conventional nursing intervention measures,and the observation group implemented personalized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing intervention.The negative mood score[by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],pain score[Numeric rating scale(NRS)],sleep quality score[Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)],and the quality of life score[the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups.Results:SAS,SDS,PSQI and NRS scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group after nursing were lower than the control group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing intervention can relieve anxiety,depression,and pain,and improve the quality of life and the therapeutic effect of patients with interstitial cystitis.
