以全日制护理研究生为主导的基于goldstein模型培养临床护理骨干科研能力效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨以全日制护理研究生为主导的基于goldstein模型培养临床护理骨干科研能力的效果。方法:选取80名临床护理骨干科研能力提升培训班学员,以goldstein模型为基础,通过组织、任务、人员三方面的分析,评定临床骨干护理人员科研能力水平及提升的意愿及需求内容,设置科研培训内容、培训方式、考核方式、保障机制,比较培训前后科研培训人员科研能力水平、科研问题解决能力、考核成绩合格率及论文发表情况。结果:培训前后临床骨干护理人员科研能力水平、科研问题解决能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);临床护理科研培训人员考勤合格率为100%、日常作业合格率为90%、论文合格率为87.5%。我院2019年护理科研论文发表篇数较2018年增长182%。结论:结合goldstein三层次模型设置培训内容,更能满足临床人员的培训需求,设置合理培训目标,以全日制护理研究生为主导,充分发挥临床护理研究生的优势,能够显著提升临床骨干科研能力和科研问题解决能力。Objective:To explore the effect of Goldstein Model-based training of clinical elite nurses scientific research ability led by full-time nursing graduate students.Method:A total of 80 clinical elite nurses joining in scientific research training class were selected.On the basis of Goldstein model,clinical elite nurses scientific research ability,willingness to improve and demand for content were evaluated through the three aspects of analysis of organization,tasks and personnel.We set up scientific research training content,training methods,examining ways,and safeguard mechanism.The scientific research ability level,scientific research and problem solving ability,the qualified rate of scientific research ability assessment results and papers published of clinical elite nurses were compared before and after training.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the level of scientific research ability and scientific research problem solving ability of clinical elite nurses before and after training(P<0.01).The attendance rate of clinical nursing research training was 100%,the qualified rate of daily homework was 90%,and the qualified rate of thesis was 87.5%.The number of nursing research papers published in 2019 increased by 182%compared with that in 2018.Conclusion:The training content set by Goldstein based on the three-level model can better meet the training needs of clinical staff,and set reasonable training objectives.Taking the full-time nursing graduate students as the leading role and giving full play to the advantages of clinical nursing graduate students can significantly improve scientific research ability of clinical elite nurses and scientific research problem solving ability.
