山东省公立医院开展助产适宜技术现状调查

摘　　要：目的:调查山东省助产适宜技术应用现状,并进行差异分析。方法:采用便利抽样法选取山东省综合医院134家、妇幼专科医院20家,其中三级医院108家、二级医院46家;采用问卷调查法,通过微信平台推送问卷。结果:各级医院平均辞职率为1.48%;医院开展各项助产适宜技术的比例:导乐陪伴分娩(49.03%)、自由体位分娩(44.7%)、非药物镇痛(65.6%)、硬膜外麻醉(75.3%)、水中分娩(2.59%)、拉玛泽呼吸法(66.8%)、音乐疗法(37.7%);助产士培训情况:助产士2017年外出培训率为20.13%。结论:被调查医院均有增加助产士的需求,但是目前助产士外出培训率较低,助产适宜技术普及率较低,医院应加强助产士人力资源配置及业务能力培训,促进助产适宜技术的开展。Objective:To investigate the application status of appropriate midwifery techniques in Shandong Province and analyze the differences.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 134 general hospitals and 20 specialized hospitals for women and children in Shandong province,among which there were 108 tertiary hospitals and 46 secondary hospitals.Questionnaire survey method was adopted and the questionnaire was sent through WeChat platform.Results:The average resignation rate of hospitals at all levels was 1.48%.The proportion of suitable midwifery techniques in hospitals was doula accompanied delivery(49.03%),free position delivery(44.7%),non-drug analgesia(65.6%),epidural anesthesia(75.3%),water delivery(2.59%),Lamaze breathing(66.8%),and music therapy(37.7%),respectively.There were 20.13%midwives going out for training in 2017.Conclusion:The surveyed hospitals all have an increased demand for midwives,but at present,the rate of midwives′going out for training is low,and the penetration rate of appropriate midwifery technology is low.Therefore,hospitals should strengthen the training of midwives′human resource allocation and professional ability,so as to promote the development of appropriate midwifery technology.
