基于北斗短报文的特种车辆状态信息压缩传输方法研究

摘　　要：通过分析轮式特种车辆状态信息编码和短报文字节空间特点,提出了一种适用于北斗短报文传输的车辆状态信息压缩传输方法,研究了动态索引码表的编码方法,给出了采集端和数据接收端的编码流程,实验结果表明该方法数据传输成功率高、可靠性强、易于实现,为实现特种车辆关键状态信息“全天候、全地域、全过程”的监控管理提供了有效支撑。This paper proposed a compression scheme to transmit vehicle status information based on analyzing the special wheeled vehicle state information coding and the characteristics of the short message bytes space.This scheme is applicable to Beidou short message transmission.This paper studied the dynamic index code table encoding method,gave the client and data coding process and verified the simulation at the receiving end.Experimental results show that the scheme has a high success rate of data transmission,strong reliability and easy implementation,which provides effective support for the status monitoring and management of key state information of special vehicles“all-weather,all-regional and all-process”.
