摘 要:为了分析某导气式火炮自动机身管磨损后的性能,从内弹道耦合导气装置子程序编写和弹炮耦合发射模型搭建方面入手,提出了子程序的计算流程和发射有限元模型的组织分析方式;基于所创建的子程序和磨损身管有限元模型,分析了某23 mm导气式自动炮内弹道性能退化对自动机运动特性和自动机射速的影响。本研究所提出的子程序计算流程和弹炮发射模型的组织方式可以为自动炮弹炮耦合计算提供重要参考。Starting from the programming of coupling subroutine between internal ballistic and gas-operated mechanism and the establishment of integrated launching dynamics model of gun and projectile,this paper presented a computing process for coupling subroutine and a finite element model framework for launching dynamics;Based on the above subroutine and several FE models of wear tube,the influence of interior ballistic performance degradation on the motion characteristic and firing rate of gas-operated automatic mechanism,which was used in a 23 mm automatic gun,was analyzed.The computation process of coupling subroutine and the analysis framework of launching dynamics between gun and projectile can provide important reference for the coupling calculation between automatic gun and projectile.
