摘 要:提出了一种基于加速因子变异系数的加速贮存寿命评估方法。采用步进加速试验的方式,设计并开展二次电源的加速预实验与正式试验,获得二次电源的加速寿命数据;假定威布尔分布和I型极大值分布为二次电源的寿命分布函数,通过失效时间折算和极大似然估计法,确定不同分布函数的模型参数;利用加速因子变异系数的模型,选择I型极大值分布为二次电源的寿命分布函数,得出常规应力水平下可靠度0.9和0.95的可靠寿命分别为10.4105年和5.3921年,验证了该方法的有效性,为弹药产品贮存寿命的评估提供参考和借鉴。Accelerated storage life assessment method based on the coefficient of variation of the acceleration factor was proposed.Using the step-acceleration test method,the pre-experiment and formal test of the secondary power supply were designed and carried out to obtain the accelerated life data of the secondary power supply;Assuming that the Weibull distribution and the I-type maximum value distribution are the life distribution functions of the secondary power source,the model parameters of the different distribution functions were determined by the failure time conversion and the maximum likelihood estimation method;Using the model selection method of acceleration factor coefficient of variation,the I-maximum value distribution was selected as the life distribution function of the secondary power source,and the reliable lifetimes of reliability 0.9 and 0.95 at the normal stress level are 14.9176 and 10.0524,respectively.The effectiveness of the method was verified,which provides reference and reference for the evaluation of the storage life of ammunition products.
