摘 要:基于简化的反应释能评价方法,构建了准密闭容器实验系统,以超压传感器测试的容器内超压评价反应气体焓变,以红外热像仪和瞬态响应热电偶采集的温升评价容器材料吸收的内能,开展了2种不同Al粉粒径活性弹丸的冲击反应释能研究。结果表明:在500 m/s速度加载下,2μm和100μmAl粉粒径活性弹丸的单位质量冲击释能分别为2.9 kJ/g和1.3 kJ/g;测试系统总能量中容器材料吸收的内能最多,均占80%以上;计算得到Al粉颗粒的反应厚度为8.8μm,即在实验条件下活性弹丸中的Al组分在其粒径小于17.6μm时能完全反应,原料Al颗粒粒径选择亦需要在17.6μm以下。Based on the simplified evaluation method of reactive release energy,a quasi closed vessel experimental system was constructed to evaluate the enthalpy change of reaction gas by overpressure in the vessel measured by overpressure sensor,and to evaluate the internal energy absorbed by the vessel material by the temperature rise collected by infrared thermal imager and transient response thermocouple,the impact reactive release energy of 2 kinds of active projectiles with different particle size of Al powder was studied.The results show that the unit mass impact release energy of 2μm and 100μm Al powder active projectile is 2.9 kJ/g and 1.3 kJ/g respectively under the loading speed of 500 m/s in the total energy,the internal energy absorbed by the container material is the most,accounting for more than 80%;the reaction thickness of the Al powder particles is calculated to be 8.8μm,that is to say,under the experimental conditions,the Al component in the active projectile can react completely when its particle size is less than 17.6μm,The particle size of raw material Al should also be less than 17.6μm.
