摘  要:针对液体火箭发动机零部组件试验系统液体流量测量问题,采用计算流体力学的方法开展了非标准孔板特性的数值仿真研究,结合试验数据,对不同长径比以及不同结构型式孔板的流量特性规律进行了分析和总结。研究表明:长径比、结构型式都能影响孔板的流量系数,但流通面积的影响更加显著;孔板固体壁面沿下游延长线10~20倍孔板直径处及其附近区域的流动脉动强度达到峰值;相同条件下,文氏管型孔板具有较高的流量系数。The throttle orifice plate is widely used in experimental systems for liquid rocket engine.Aiming at the current situation of its variety and low standardization,numerical simulation was carried out to research flow characteristics by using computational fluid dynamics.Compared with experimental data,the flow characteristics were analyzed for orifice plates with different aperture,length-diameter ratio and different structural types.The results show that the above factors affect the flow coefficient of orifice plate,but the flow area has a more significant effect.The velocity fluctuation intensity reaches its peak downstream at 10~20 times of orifice diameter.Under the same conditions,the venturi tube orifice plate has a higher flow coefficient.
