摘 要:针对核动力二回路系统具有运行机理复杂、故障征兆多、信息量大,难以建立数学模型的特点,将符号有向图(Signed Directed Graph,SDG)方法引入二回路系统故障诊断,分析关键参数与故障之间的影响关系,建立二回路系统SDG模型,并利用Warshall算法进行分层。应用分层SDG模型,进行了凝水泵和冷凝器真空低故障仿真实验,结果表明该方法能够准确判断潜在故障源,并能提供故障传播路径。Nuclear power secondary system has the characteristics of complex operation mechanism,complicated fault symptoms and large amount of information,it is difficult to establish the mathematical model,this paper introduced the sign directed graph into the fault diagnosis of secondary system,analyzed the relationship between key parameters and faults,established SDG model of secondary system and had layers model utilizing Warshall algorithm.The simulation experiment of low vacuum fault of condensate pump and condenser was carried out by using layered SDG model.Simulation results show that the method can accurately determine the fault source and provide fault propagation path.
