摘 要:开展了聚脲涂覆钢筋混凝土板现场爆炸试验,并借助LS-DYNA有限元软件对试验结果进行分析。针对现有聚脲加固技术存在的延性强但刚度提升较小等不足,提出了聚脲钢板复合层加固层。进行了相同爆源参数下聚脲钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土板抗爆性能研究,并与3种典型纯聚脲涂层加固钢筋混凝土板进行了对比分析。讨论了相同加固厚度条件下,不同爆源参数对聚脲钢板复合加固层和纯聚脲加固层抗爆效果的影响。试验及数值计算结果表明,单纯增大聚脲涂覆层数或厚度对于减小跨中动态响应峰值位移作用有限;在相同加固层厚度条件下聚脲钢板复合层的抗爆减振效果优于纯聚脲加固层;聚脲钢板复合加固层作为聚脲涂覆加固的优化改进形式,有待深入试验研究。An field explosion test has been carried out to determine the anti-explosion performance of polyurea(PU)reinforced RC slabs,meanwhile the experiment results have been verified by using finite element analysis software LS-DYNA.Considering the disadvantage of PU reinforced method,such as low stiffness improvement,a PU-steel plate composite reinforced layer was proposed.Then difference between four typical polyurea reinforcement methods on the dynamic response and anti-blast performance of RC slab has been analyzed,and the influence of different explosion source conditions on the anti-blast effect of PU-steel plate composite reinforcement layer and pure polyurea reinforcement layer was discussed.Experiment and simulation results indicates that effect of increasing thickness of PU layers on reducing the shock response was limited.The anti-blast performance of the PU-steel plate composite layer is better than that of pure PU layer under the same layer thickness condition.PU-steel plate composite layer as the optimal form of Polyurea-strengthened method at this stage needs further research.
