摘 要:巴西材料学军事研究所采用3种天然植物纤维(菠萝族植物、锦葵属植物、天然榈)增强复合材料作为多层防弹装甲(便携式防护背心)的中间层,并对抗弹性进行了研究。试验采用了7.62 mm高速弹药,以系统抗弹性能评估NIJ标准的一些要求为依据,模拟人体连续性的陶士体/粘土块受到的侵彻深度为衡量标准。弹道试验后通过对断裂的材料进行对比分析,结果显示,用巴西3种典型天然植物纤维作为多层防弹装甲系统的第二层的侵彻深度达到了有效保护。根据对3种材料的弹道试验结果:天然植物纤维增强复合材料有望用于多层防弹装甲。Three kinds of natural plant fiber(pineapple,mallow,and natural palmetto)reinforced composites were used as the intermediate multilayered bulletproof armor(portable protective vest)in the military research institute of materials in Brazil,and the elastic resistance was studied.The 7.62 mm high speed ammunition system was used in the test to evaluate the elastic capability based on some requirements of the NIJ standard,and the penetration depth of the taorite/clay co-subjected to simulated human continuity was used as the measurement standard.After the ballistic test,the fracture materials were compared and analyzed.The results show that the penetration depth of three typical Brazilian plant fibers as the second layer of the multi-layer protective armor system is effective.According to the ballistic test results of three kinds of materials,the natural plant fiber reinforced composite is expected to be used in the composite of multi-layer bulletproof armor.
