利用构树和苎麻发酵饲料替代精料饲喂圈养山羊的试验

摘　　要：为探讨利用构树和苎麻发酵料替代精料饲喂圈养努比亚山羊效果及明确替代比例,项目组利用构树、苎麻和一些添加剂、辅料制做发酵料,进行饲喂试验。试验选择40只100日龄的育肥羊,分为4组,每组发酵料替代精料的比例为0、25%、50%、100%,结果表明,替代量为100%时日增重最高达135.41 g、料肉比最低降至9.43、屠宰率最高达55.75%、每千克增重成本最低至21.68元。In order to explore the effect of feeding nucleus goats and ramie fermented feed instead of concentrate to feed Nubian goats in captivity and to determine the substitution ratio,the project team used juniper tree,ramie and some additives and auxiliary materials to make fermented feed and conducted a feeding test.The experiment selected 40100-day-old fattening sheep,which were divided into 4 groups,and the proportion of fermented materials replacing concentrate in each group was 0,25%,50%,100%.The test results showed that the daily weight gain when the replacement amount was 100%The highest is 135.41 g,the lowest ratio of feed to meat is reduced to 9.43,the slaughter rate is as high as 55.75%,and the cost of weight gain per kg is as low as 21.68 yuan.
