猪包涵体鼻炎流行病学与诊治

摘　　要：猪巨细胞是猪包涵体鼻炎的病原。猪巨细胞感染是猪感染病毒后引发的猪的一种常见的传染性疾病。在自然感染情况下,猪巨细胞仅可感染猪,且1~3周龄的仔猪发病率最高,成年猪感染猪巨细胞后不会出现明显的临床症状,多以隐性感染为主。初生仔猪常发生致命性全身性的感染,患病仔猪出现肺炎和鼻炎症状,生长发育缓慢,体重不增加。猪包涵体鼻炎在临床症状上与猪细小病毒感染、隐性猪瘟、猪蓝耳病、猪为狂犬病、猪日本脑炎病毒感染均有相似的地方,因此猪包涵体鼻炎诊断困难,易出现误诊的情况,对于猪包涵体鼻炎的诊断,应进行实验室检测。该文对猪包涵体鼻炎的病原、流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、诊断及防控措施进行论述。Porcine giant cell is the pathogen of porcine inclusion body rhinitis.Porcine cytomegalovirus infection is a common form of infectious disease in pigs infected with the virus.Under natural infection,PCMV could only infect pigs,and the highest incidence was in piglets of 1~3 weeks old.Adult pigs infected with PCMV did not have obvious clinical symptoms,and most of them were recessive infection.Newborn piglets often have fatal systemic infection,sick piglets appear pneumonia and rhinitis symptoms,slow growth and development,weight gain.The clinical symptoms of porcine inclusion body rhinitis are similar to those of porcine parvovirus infection,latent classical swine fever,porcine blue ear disease,porcine rabies and porcine Japanese encephalitis virus,it is easy to be misdiagnosed.The diagnosis of pig inclusion body rhinitis should be tested in laboratory.In this paper,the etiology,epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnosis,prevention and control measures of porcine inclusion body rhinitis were discussed.
