一例猪流行性腹泻病毒与葡萄球菌混合感染病原学诊断

摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻是由流行性腹泻病毒感染引发的一种肠道疾病,临床上主要表现为呕吐、腹泻、机体严重脱,水对哺乳仔猪造成的危害最为严重。猪葡萄球菌病是由金黄色葡萄球菌感染引发的一种细菌性传染性疾病,临床上主要表现为体表皮肤出现红斑、皮肤增厚,且在腹股沟内侧会出现水泡或者脓疱,患病皮肤表面会流出脓性分泌物。流行性腹泻病毒和猪葡萄球菌病混合感染后,会表现复杂的临床症状,给疾病诊断工作带来难度。该文主要论述猪流行性腹泻病毒与葡萄球菌混合感染的病原学诊断和防治。Porcine epidemic diarrhea is a kind of intestinal disease caused by epizootic diarrhea virus.The main clinical manifestations are vomiting,diarrhea and severe dehydration.Staphylococcal disease is a bacterial infectious disease caused by staphylococcus aureus infection,characterized by erythema of the skin on the surface of the body,thickening of the skin,and blisters or pustules on the inside of the groin,purulent discharge from the affected skin.The mixed infection of epizootic diarrhea virus and swine staphylococcosis presents complicated clinical symptoms,which makes the diagnosis of the disease difficult.This paper mainly discusses the etiological diagnosis,prevention and treatment of mixed infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and staphylococcus.
