摘 要:探讨转杯纺、喷气涡流纺和环锭纺在成纱牵伸过程中的纤维长度受损情况。基于AFIS测试的纤维长度分布为基础,引入频率差异分析,在验证AFIS测试的可靠性后,比较不同成纱牵伸的纤维损伤水平。结果表明:AFIS测试的纤维长度比较可信;转杯纺的熟条经分梳牵伸后纤维整体损伤较小,损伤比4.9%左右;喷气涡流纺的熟条经罗拉牵伸后也出现纤维整体损伤,损伤比11.9%左右;环锭纺的粗纱经过罗拉牵伸后纤维整体损伤较大,损伤比19.2%左右。认为:转杯纺的分梳牵伸未造成严重纤维损伤,其纱线强力低应与其纤维排列结构有关。The fiber length damage situations during the yarn drafting process of rotor spinning,air-jet vortex spinning and ring spinning were discussed.Based on the fiber length distribution tested by AFIS,frequency difference analysis was introduced.After verifying the reliability of AFIS test,the fiber damage levels of different drafting pro⁃cesses were compared.The test results showed that the fiber length tested by AFIS was reliable.The fiber damage of rotor spinning sliver after carding and drafting was overall smaller.The damage ratio was around 4.9%.Overall fiber damage was shown up for the air-jet vortex spinning sliver after roller drafting.The damage ratio was around 11.9%.The overall fiber damage of ring spinning sliver after roller drafting was larger.The damage ratio was about 19.2%.It is considered that the fibers are not seriously damaged in the carding and drafting process of rotor spinning,the lower yarn strength is related to the fiber orientation.
