摘  要:设计并制备用于大型装备整装防腐防护的多层复合蓬盖材料。对多层复合蓬盖材料进行了结构设计及材料筛选,由万能拉伸试验机及水蒸气透过率测试仪测试了材料的剥离强度、水蒸气透过率及拉伸断裂强力,并用扫描电子显微镜分析了材料表面的微观形貌。研究结果表明:制备的多层复合蓬盖材料的断裂强力、剥离强度、水蒸气透过率高于进口材料,能够满足装备整装防护对蓬盖材料性能的要求。The multi-layer composite canopy material was designed and prepared for anticorrosive protection of the large packaged equipment.For the multi-layer composite canopy material,the structure was designed and the materials were selected.The peel strength,water vapor transmission rate and breaking strength was tested with universal stretching tester and water vapor transmission rate tester.The microstructure of the material surface was analyzed with scanning electron microscope.The test results showed that the breaking strength,peel strength,water vapor transmission rate of the multi-layer composite canopy material prepared are higher than the imported material.It can meet the requirements of packaged equipment protection for canopy material.
