棉纱与再生丝麻纤维纱交织物的性能研究

摘  要:研究棉纱与再生丝麻纤维纱交织物的性能。试制了7种织物,介绍了纱的质量指标和织物规格;测试分析了各织物的撕破强力、透气性、柔软性、抗皱性和抗起毛起球性。结果表明:棉纱与再生丝麻纤维纱平纹交织物的各项性能,和棉纱与亚麻棉混纺平纹交织物类似,均好于其他织物;纬纱含棉氨纶包芯纱的平纹交织物撕破强力、抗弯刚度、抗皱性得到大幅度提高,但是抗起毛起球性、透气性变差。认为:棉纱与再生丝麻纤维纱平纹交织物是一款具有市场竞争力的产品,适合作夏季轻薄衬衫、裙装。The properties of the cotton yarn and regenerated silk hemp fiber yarn interwoven fabric were stud⁃ied.Seven kinds of fabrics were produced.The yarn quality indexes and fabric specification were introduced.The tear force,air permeability,softness,crease recovery and anti-pilling of each fabric were tested and analyzed.The test re⁃sults showed that the properties of plain weave interwoven fabric with cotton yarn and regenerated silk hemp fiber yarn was similar with plain weave interwoven fabric with cotton yarn and the flax cotton blended yarn.They were both better than other fabrics.The tear force,flexural rigidity and crease recovery of the plain weave interwoven fab⁃ric with cotton spandex core-spun yarn in weft were greatly improved.However,the anti-pilling property and air per⁃meability were worse.It is considered that cotton yarn and regenerated silk hemp fiber yarn plain weave interwoven fabric is a product with market competitiveness.It can be used for light shirt and skirt.
