摘　　要：探讨细特莫代尔11.8 tex色纺针织纱的开发要点。介绍了细特纤维的性能特点及应用情况;分析了采用细特莫代尔纤维开发细号色纺针织纱的技术难点及采用的相关技术措施。指出生产要点为:优选原料及其混纺比例、混和方法,优化纺纱各工序工艺参数,采用先进的纺纱技术装备等。认为:所生产的细特莫代尔11.8 tex色纺针织纱质量达到了较高水平,并得到了用户的较高评价。Development key points of fine modal 11.8 tex color spun knitting yarn were discussed.The proper⁃ties and application of fine modal fibers were introduced.The technology difficulties and related technology measures to adopt for developing fine color spun knitting yarn with fine modal fibers were analyzed.It was pointed out that the key points in the production was optimized selecting the raw materials,their blending ratios and blending methods,optimizing the spinning process parameters in each process,adopting advanced spinning technology equipment and so on.It is considered that the quality of the fine modal 11.8 tex color spun knitting yarn has reached a higher level.It is highly appraised by the users.
