摘　　要：探讨几种多组分阻燃防护服织物的研制过程,并测试了织物的主要物理指标和阻燃性能。介绍了选用的几种阻燃纤维的性能指标;设计了8种纱线,并测试了其性能。分别生产了8种织物,介绍了织物规格;以某一织物为例,介绍了生产工艺;测试分析了8种织物的主要物理指标和阻燃性能指标。结果表明:使用一定比例的导电纤维或者在织造过程中加入导电丝可以有效降低织物的电荷面密度;高性能阻燃纤维在织物中的比例越高,织物阻燃性能越好。认为:根据各织物性能测试结果可将其应用到不同的领域。The development process of several multicomponent flame-retardant protection fabrics were dis⁃cussed.The main physical indexes and flame resistance of the fabrics were tested.The property indexes of several flame-retardant fibers were introduced.Eight kinds of yarns were designed,their properties were tested.Eight kinds of fabrics were produced respectively.The fabric specifications were introduced.One fabric was used as an example to introduce the production process.The main physical indexes and flame-retardant indexes of eight fabrics were test⁃ed and analyzed.The results showed that the electric change areal density of the fabric could be efficiently reduced by using a certain proportion of conductive fibers or adding static wire during the weaving process.The higher propor⁃tion of the high-performance flame-retardant fiber in fabrics,the better flame resistance of the fabric had.It is consid⁃ered that the fabrics can be used in different fields according to the test results of each fabric.
