棉纺新型附加分梳系统创新设计分析

摘　　要：分析棉纺新型附加分梳系统的创新设计。介绍了梳棉机新型附加分梳系统的作用和原理。对不同组合形式、齿形、材质、链接方式等创新设计进行了分析。认为:合理选配棉纺清洁器组合方式、齿形、齿条排列、角度、齿密等,可发挥对纤维充分开松、杂质清除、短绒排除、梳理整理功能,利于增强纤维的定向伸直、棉结和带纤维籽屑的排除,有利于梳理效果提升。Innovative design of new additional combing system for cotton spinning was analyzed.Function and principle of carding machine new additional combing system were introduced.Innovative designs such as different combination form,tooth shape,material and connection method were analyzed.It is considered that reasonable selec⁃tion of cotton spinning cleaner combination,tooth shape,rack arrangement,angle and tooth density,which can play the function of fully opening fiber,removing impurities,removing short fiber,combing and finishing.It is beneficial to reinforcing directional stretching of fiber,elimination of neps and seed fragments,improvement of carding effect.
