摘　　要：分析JWF1312B型自调匀整并条机的主要技术特点及结构性能。通过生产实践,从并条机设计性能特点,以及半制品和成纱质量等综合角度,对该并条机的应用效果进行了阐述。认为:JWF1312B型自调匀整并条机优质、高产、高效、节能低耗,能够满足自动化、连续化、智能化、信息化的现代化纺纱要求。Main technology characteristics and structural performance of JWF1312B autoleveler drawing frame were analyzed.Through production practice,application effect of the drawing frame was explained from com⁃prehensive perspectives of design and performance characteristics,as well as quality of semi-finished product and yarn.It is considered that JWF1312B autoleveler drawing frame has higher quality,higher output,higher efficiency,energy saving and lower consumption,which can meet the modern spinning requirements of automation,continuity,intelligence and information.
