摘　　要：介绍一种新型自动粘贴式棉纤维长度测试仪器的结构及其测试方法。阐述了该仪器的内部结构、工作原理和关键技术;该仪器对粘贴式棉纤维长度测试仪进行了较大技术改进,设计科学,操作方便。实测数据证明:该仪器测试结果准确可靠。认为:该测试仪可适用于大批量、连续化检测,其自动化程度高,准确性好。Structure and test method of a new paste type cotton fiber length tester were introduced.Internal structure,working principle and key technology of the tester were described.The tester had made great technology improvements to the original pasted cotton fiber length tester,which had scientific design and convenient operation.The measured data proved that the test result of the tester was accurate and reliable.It is considered that the tester is suitable for large-scale and continuous testing,which has higher automation and better accuracy.
