摘  要:探讨织物规格对防电弧混纺织物性能的影响。介绍了4种防电弧混纺织物规格及相关性能测试方法;测试了各织物的断裂强力、撕破强力、透气率、热阻值、TPP值、ATPV和Ebt,并结合织物规格进行了相关分析。结果表明:织物的厚度和单位面积质量与其TPP值和ATPV分别呈正相关,与织物的透气性呈负相关。认为:腈氯纶/芳纶1313/芳纶1414/导电纤维65/28/5/2配比的织物电弧防护性能较突出。Influence of fabric specifications on arc protective blended fabric property was discussed.Four kinds of arc-proof blended fabric specifications and related property testing methods were introduced.Breaking strength,tearing strength,air permeability,thermal resistance value,TPP value,ATPV and Ebt of each fabric were tested and correlative analysis was made according to fabric specification.The results showed that thickness and mass per unit area of the fabric were positively correlated with its TPP value and ATPV,but negatively correlated with the air per⁃meability of fabric.It is considered that arc protection property of fabric with the ratio of modacrylic/aramid 1313/ara⁃mid 1414/conductive fiber 65/28/5/2 is more outstanding.
