摘  要:使用可控型恒温厌氧发酵反应器研究了发酵温度(37,52℃)和秸秆粒径(50,100 mm)对猪粪和玉米秸秆混合厌氧发酵产气特性的影响。研究结果表明:当发酵温度为52℃时,大秸秆的累积产气量为153.01 L,当发酵温度为37℃时,大秸秆和小秸秆的累积产气量分别为112.41,99.28 L;各试验组的pH值均在6.5~7.9波动,各试验组的VFAs浓度的变化曲线基本类似;当发酵温度为37℃时,小秸秆和大秸秆的氨氮浓度均值分别为1 760,1 980 mg/L,当发酵温度为52℃时,大秸秆的氨氮浓度均值为1 920 mg/L;各试验组前35 d的日产甲烷量均较低,中后期的日产甲烷量逐渐升高,并且日产甲烷量峰值出现在42~51 d;52℃下大秸秆的累积产甲烷量最大,为72.60 L,37℃下小秸秆的累积产甲烷量最小,为43.22 L。The effects of fermentation temperature(37,52℃)and straw particle size(50,100 mm)on gas production by anaerobic fermentation of mixed pig manure and corn straw were studied in a controllable constant temperature anaerobic fermentation reactor.The results showed that when the fermentation temperature was 52℃,the cumulative gas production of large straw was 153.01 L,and when the fermentation temperature was 37℃,the cumulative gas production of large straw and small straw was 112.41,99.28 L,respectively.The pH values of each experimental group fluctuated within 6.5〜7.9,and the change curves of VFAs concentration of each experimental group were basically similar.When the fermentation temperature was 37℃,the average concentration of ammonia nitrogen of small straw and large straw was 1760,1980 mg/L,respectively,and that of large straw was 1920 mg/L when the fermentation temperature was 52℃.The daily methane production of all experimental groups was lower in the first 35 days of the reaction,and gradually increased in the middle and later stage,and the peak of daily methane production appeared in 42~51 d.The cumulative methane production of large straw was 72.60 L at 52℃,and that of small straw at 37℃ was the lowest,which was 43.22 L.
