摘 要:为解决固定的电感器设计通常导致变换器轻载时电流纹波较大、重载时动态性能较差的问题,文章提出了使用分段饱和电感器代替固定电感器设计宽功率范围双向Buck/Boost变换器,利用饱和电感的非线性特点,使电感值跟随负载与传输功率的大小而变化。在分析双向Buck/Boost变换器工作原理的基础上,讨论了电感值对系统的影响,给出了饱和电感器的设计步骤,并通过仿真与实验证明了上述方法的正确性与可行性。For the bidirectional Buck/Boost converter,in order to balance the dynamic performance of the circuit system and the magnitude of the current ripple,it is usually necessary to design a suitable filter inductance.Fixed inductor design usually results in large current ripple under light load or poor dynamic performance under heavy load.In order to solve this problem,using a segmented saturation inductor instead of a fixed inductor to design a wide power range bidirectional Buck/Boost converter is proposed,which uses the nonlinear characteristics of the saturated inductor to make the inductor value change with the load and transmission power,so as to solve the above problems.Based on the analysis of the principle of bidirectional Buck/Boost converter,this paper discusses the influence of inductance value on the system,gives the design steps of saturable inductor,and proves the correctness and feasibility of the method by simulation and experiment.
