摘　　要：文章对工业能耗信息化标准体系的意义、作用和现状进行了描述,分析了建立工业能耗信息化标准体系的必要性和紧迫性。提出了一种由基础标准、技术标准、安全标准以及工作标准组成的工业能耗信息化标准体系结构,讨论了在工业能耗信息化标准体系建立过程中需要重点考虑的适应性、数字资产和安全性问题。在此基础上,提出了建立工业能耗信息化标准体系的技术路线,并介绍了关于能耗信息化标准体系建设的部分调研和实践工作内容。最后,针对工业能耗信息化标准体系建设过程中需要特殊关注的问题进行了讨论和分析。This paper describes the significance,affect and present situation of the industrial energy consumption information standard system,and analyzes the necessity and urgency of establishing the information standard system of industrial energy consumption.This paper proposes an information standard architecture of industrial energy consumption,which is composed of basic standards,technical standards,safety standards and working standards.We discuss the adaptability,digital assets and security issues that need to be considered in the establishment of the industrial energy consumption information standard system.On this basis,the paper puts forward the technical route of establishing the industrial energy consumption information standard system.This paper also introduces the part of the research and practice work of the author on the construction of energy consumption standard system.Finally,the paper discusses and analyzes the problems that need special attention in the cons.
