摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗小儿移位肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法分析2015年1月-2017年12月行闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗的102例移位型肱骨髁上骨折患儿的病例资料。其中男性55例,女性47例;平均年龄为4.9岁(2~11岁);左侧63例,右侧39例;伸直型93例,屈曲型9例;GartlandⅡ型17例,Ⅲ型85例;受伤至手术的平均时间为3.4 d(1~11 d)。术后随访1年,根据Flynn标准评价其治疗效果。结果功能满意率为92.2%(优:17例,占16.7%;良:62例,占60.8%;可:15例,占14.7%;差:8例,占7.8%)。结论闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗小儿移位肱骨髁上骨折可提供稳定的固定效果,能取得良好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate clinical outcomes of closed reduction and percutaneous crossed pinning for displaced humeral supracondylar fractures in children.Methods Retrospective reviews were conducted for 102 children with displaced humeral supracondylar fracture undergone closed reduction and percutaneous crossed pinning between january 2015 and november 2017.There were 55 boys and 47 girls with a mean age of 4.9(2-11).The sideness were left(n=63)and right(n=39).The type of extension were 93 cases and flexion were 9 cases.The type of GartlandⅡwere 17 cases and GartlandⅢwere 85 cases.The average operation time from got injure were 3.4 days(1-11).Outcomes were evaluated according to the criteria described by Flynn after 1 year follow-up.Results The satisfactory results were obtained in 92.2%cases.Excellent results were achieved in 17(16.7%),good in 62(60.8%),fair in 15(14.7%)while in eight patients(7.8%)poor results were obtained.Conclusions Percutaneous crossed pinning for displaced humeral supracondylar fractures in children can provide the necessary stability and get a good clinical effect.
