摘  要:文章介绍了基于DOAS原理和最小二乘方法对超低浓度的Cl2进行光谱测量和浓度反演的烟气分析仪(Cl2分析仪)。实验结果表明,在3.2m光程的气体室,分析测量结果精确,相对误差在0.8%以内,满量程误差在0.2%以内,不同浓度的Cl2线性指标误差在2%以内,检测下限为0.1ppm,测量结果的精度为0.15ppm,能够实现对超低Cl2排放的检测。This paper introduced a flue gas analyzer(Cl2 analyzer)based on DOAS principle and least square method for spectral measurement and concentration inversion of ultra-low concentration of Cl2.The experimental results show that in the gas compartment with an optical path of 3.2m,the analysis and measurement have accurate results;the relative error is within 0.8%,the full-range error is within 0.2%,the error of linearity under different concentrations of Cl2 is within 2%,the detection limit is 0.1ppm,and the accuracy of measurement results is 0.15ppm,which can realize the detection of ultra-low Cl2 emission.
