摘　　要：本文介绍了国家标准《用能单位能耗在线监测技术要求》的研制背景,对标准的主要技术内容进行了阐释和说明,并对标准的作用和预期效果进行了分析,以期帮助相关方更好地理解和把握标准要求,促进标准的推广应用。This paper introduces the background of GB/T 38692-2020,Technical specification for energy online monitoring of energy consumption units,explains the main technical contents of the national standard,and analyzes its functions and expected effect,which is aimed to provide better understanding and helps to promote the application of this standard.
