摘 要:目的:探讨针对膝关节半月板损伤患者采取磁共振诊断技术的功能与效果。方法:选取153例膝关节半月板损伤患者进行回顾分析,对某院2017年4月~2019年4月期间收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者的资料进行分类整理,分别对患者初步临床诊断的结果、MRI以及关节镜等诊断结果进行对比,以此来判断磁共振诊断在膝关节半月板损伤诊断中的应用效果。结果:通过研究对比发现,153例患者在临床诊断的敏感性、特异性以及准确性等方面与MRI检验结果保持一致,差异不显著。在关节镜诊断中,其结果与MRI的诊断结果不一致。结论:选择初步临床检验搭配MRI可以显著提升临床诊断的效率,建议在临床上应用并推广。Objective:To investigate the function and effect of magnetic resonance diagnosis technique for patients with knee meniscus injury.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 153 patients with knee meniscus injury was performed.The data of patients with knee meniscus injury admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were classified,and the results of preliminary clinical diagnosis,MRI and arthroscopy were compared to determine the effect of magnetic resonance diagnosis in the diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of clinical diagnosis of 153 patients were consistent with the MRI test results,and the difference was not significant.In the arthroscopic diagnosis,the results were inconsistent with the MRI diagnosis.Conclusion:Choosing a preliminary clinical test with MRI can significantly improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis,which is recommended to be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
