Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasound Doppler detection of blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery in the diagnosis of fetal anemia. Methods:A total of 68 pregnant women who underwent obstetrics and gynaecology examinations in a hospital from April to February 2018 were enrolled.A total of 33 cases of fetal anemia were found and divided itno the study group and 35 cases were normal and divided into the reference group. Results:Compared with the reference parameters of blood flow parameters, the PSV of the study group was significantly different from the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group, there was no difference in other blood flow parameters(P>0.05).Comparing the blood flow parameters of the middle cerebral artery of the fetus at 23~27 weeks,28~32 weeks,33~37 weeks,38~42 weeks, etc.,the PSV values of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound Doppler can effectively detect fetal anemia in different gestational weeks by observing PSV of middle cerebral artery blood flow, which is of high value in clinical diagnosis of fetal anemia.
